VacancyData Science Engineer
Are you a forward-thinking Data Science Engineer looking to harness the power of machine learning (ML) and large language models (LLMs) to unlock next-level automation for our SaaS Suite? Join our collaborative Dev Teams and take the lead on exploring, creating, and delivering a suite of intelligent services – ranging from automatic risk detection and smart data suggestions to sophisticated workflow automation driven by LLM/AI services. You’ll work with very large data sets based on product & supply chain data, unstructured document data to uncover hidden patterns and insights in helping us transform everyday processes into efficient, data-driven solutions that make a tangible impact for end-users. You will report directly to our CTO, Alain van Hanegem. You are a key player in bringing AI-driven insights and automation to our services.
Your profile
- You have a Can-Do Attitude
- You have strong communication skills in Englisch (verbal and writing)
- You have strong programming skills in Python or R
- You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into AI/ML solutions
- You are a team player, but can also work independently
- You are comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment with focus on meeting sprint goals
- You would like to make a difference with the work you do; to have a positive impact and you want to have fun while doing it
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML service delivery and deploying solutions into production
- Experience in building and developing ML-driven services in real-world applications by working closely with developers
- Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning is a plus
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for handling large datasets
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial
- Hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices related to AI model deployments in a plus
- Knowledge about AI policies and standard setting is a plus
