Tech Lead
As the Tech Lead you are responsible for optimizing the developer experience, amongst others by ensuring the team uses appropriate engineering practices like CD and automated testing. You are responsible for helping drive the high-level architectural discussions regarding the work that the team is doing.

Product stakeholders will look to you for clarifying technical questions. Overall you are responsible for managing the technical quality of the team deliverables.

Five key responsibilities:

  • Continuously improve the development process which helps your team to become more productive
  • Provide architectural and design direction and be a technical sparring partner and mentor for the Solution architects, dev-ops and dev-team
  • Optimizing Cloud architecture on performance, cost structure and scalability on a global level (also China)
  • Oversee, integrate and optimize the different applications we are developing and maintaining
  • Deliver and maintain Information-, Data- & Technical Architecture

Requirements

  • Higher Education (Bs or equivalent)
  • Proven work experience in software development
  • In-depth understanding of data management (e.g. permissions, recovery, security and monitoring)
  • Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications
  • Hands on experience with multiple programming languages
  • Certified in TOGAF is a pré
  • Experience with Software- and/or Cloud Architecture is a pré
  • Microsoft Development & Azure Certifications are a pré
  • Experience in an environment with multiple outsourced development teams is a pré
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
