Tech Customers Support

In the role of Technical Support, you handle the incoming technical requests and questions about the IB Solutions platform and applications. This involves direct contact with our customers, but also internal discussions on how to solve certain incidents or requests.

Next to this you will also have a focus on database related imports and exports. Our customers require specific exports of the data that we collect for them, and in order to get meaningful output, you need to be an expert in creating and configuring complex queries in SQL.

We are looking for a curious and proactive colleague who loves diving into complex questions and has all-round IT knowledge. A quick learner who wants to understand how software is build up in order to solve incidents together with our development team, configure new tenants and test with our Q&A.

        Your key responsibilities

        • Handle Incoming Technical Requests: Address and resolve technical inquiries related to the IB Solutions platform and applications, involving direct customer interaction and internal discussions.
        • Manage Database Imports and Exports: Perform and oversee data exports and imports, utilizing advanced SQL queries to ensure meaningful data output for customers.
        • Collaborate on Incident Resolution: Work with the development team to understand and resolve software incidents, configure new tenants, and contribute to quality assurance testing.
        • Continuous Learning and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate curiosity and proactivity in tackling complex issues, leveraging all-round IT knowledge to understand and address software-related challenges.

              Overall skills

              • You have knowledge of SQL & IIS
              • You have overall knowledge of software development
              • You are eager to learn more about MS SQL, IIS, or you have already some developer    experience ASP.net and or MVC (in order to analyze incidents)
              • Very good understanding of, and experience in efficiently using most common office programs and software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other MS office products)
              • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English languages
              • The ability to understand the needs of stakeholders & the perspective of the teams
