System Administrator

As a System Administrator you are an important part of our motivated IT Ops team who is responsible for our Customer Service. The IT Ops team works closely together with internal and external customers. Our stack involves Private cloud hosting, Microsoft Azure cloud hosting with our in-house developed web applications, Enterprise BI server solutions, Office365 with Sharepoint, Teams and Teams phone calling.
You are responsible for the continuity and optimal function of the IT infrastructure of our systems and applications.

You help manually testing of functionalities that are delivered by our own IT Developers in our own IT environment. You will also collaborate with administrators and clients to provide support.  You report to the COO.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our systems run and securely on a daily basis.

        Your key responsibilities

        • Responsible for the continuity and optimalisation of the IT infrastructure of our systems
          and applications
        • Installing and maintaining software and hardware systems within our company
        • Guide and support employees in the use of devices and software
        • Contributing and maintaining our Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions
        • Monitor the availability and performance of systems and devices to identify and resolve
          any issues in a timely manner
        • You are an Office365 administrator to handle related support and change requests to
          Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Teams and the common Office365 app configurations
        • You work closely with our Azure Cloud administrator to manage AAD and related services

            Requirements

              • Higher Education IT
              • Certificate of Moderns Desktop Administrator Associate
              • Work experience as System Administrator
              • In-depth understanding of
              • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and MD 100 Microsoft Windows 10
              • Experience with Azure, ITIL and Scrum is a pre
              • Excellent analytical and organization skills
              • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
