As a Scum Master you are responsible for effective cooperation in the DevOps team and across teams when required, assuring the scrum process and agile practices are maintained & effectively used by reporting & steering on our team’s continued quality, velocity, value delivery, and burndown metrics.

    Your key responsibilities

    • Maintain our Scrum & Agile practices for our development teams and organize the scrum ceremonies.
    • You facilitate and lead the scrum meetings (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective sessions) and support the Product Owner
    • Maintain our sprint board & sprint administration hygiene and ensure team members administer their work in our backlog & sprint tooling
    • Reporting to management and stakeholders on our teams’ metrics
    • Internal consulting with stakeholders to ensure team collaboration and team direction is healthy
    • Providing knowledge, training, and learning experiences to improve the way of working, following the Scrum, Agile and DevOps practices
    • Coaching the team and Product Owners to grow their maturity, self-organization skills, responsibility, and autonomy to deliver value
    • Close collaboration with the team in signaling/finding and solving impediments or blockers
    • Being involved in continuous improvement that takes place based on hypothesis, facts & metrics so improvements are fact-based

    As a Scrum Master you are responsible for maintaining agile & scrum practices with our software development teams. You ensure an ideal balance between coaching the teams and monitoring their performance objectives. Under your guidance, team members function optimally.

    Overall Skills

    • Higher Education (Bsc or equivalent)
    • Proven work experience as a Scrum Master for at least 5 years
    • You are familiar with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office 365 with a focus on Excel
    • Experiencein an environment with multiple development teams
    • Relevant certification is an advantage
    • Experienced with Agile/Scrum methods
    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
    • The ability to understand the needs of stakeholders & the perspective of the teams
