Personal Assistant Co-CEO’s

You are part of a passionate team and work closely with our two female Co CEO’s and board members. Your main goal is to support and relieve our CEO’s in the broadest way, in all their day to day activities. You like to switch quickly between different activities and you love the dynamics of a hectic and demanding environment where you keep the overview at all times. Together you form a strong team.

Your profile

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree (Bs or equivalent) or an associate degree like Schoevers
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Good knowledge of the whole Office 365 package
  • Excellent understanding of Dutch and English is a must
  • Proficiency in German, French, Italian or Spanish is an advantage
  • Experience in working for multiple stakeholders is highly preferred
  • Excellent organization & planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      Your key responsibilities

      • Screening and managing the mailboxes of the Co-CEO’s and Office mailbox
      • Handling incoming and outgoing email pro-active, handling incoming mail
      • Complex agenda management and making appointments (both business as well as personal appointments)
      • Prepare CEO’s with the right information before meetings
      • Organizing business travels, flights, hotels, diners, transportation and all other travel related matters
      • Planning, organizing and taking minutes of meetings and preparing or optimize materials such as sales PowerPoint presentations
      • Track and file important documents, contracts and other company information
      • Organize events or team outings
      • Facility and hospitality support
      • Office support; ordering office supplies, groceries for daily lunch
      • Office management tasks
