IT Project Implementation Manager
The focus of your role is effective implementation of IT solutions for our customer from project intake to delivery. As the Project Implementation Manager you are the key contact for customers and project stakeholders regarding IB led IT projects. You translate the agreements made with clients to the work items that the team needs to perform and engage in this work yourself as well.

For the projects you manage you are responsible for the budget, team, planning, timing, quality and documentation. You ensure the overall delivery of the project takes place according to predefined quality and acceptance criteria. Often your role is within a broader project acting as the IB IT stream implementation lead.

Three key responsibilities:

  • Translating customer specific needs to IT solution requirements
  • Making available project plans and keeping these up to date for the project team to work with
  • Project status reporting, stakeholder communication and issues management

  • Willing to learn and continuously develop


  • Higher Education (Bs or equivalent)
  • Affinity and/or experience with sustainability and/or food safety
  • IT Project and service management knowhow  (Prince2, ITIL foundation, IT Security and Agile / Scrum best practices).
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, IB applications, tools) and IT skills (Frontend Design, Data Architecture, Smart Contracts)
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English languages, preferably also German and/or other languages
  • Preferably experience with managing and facilitating projects
