“The Tool provides technical tools for almost all due diligence obligations postulated by the LkSG. The focus is on automated risk analysis, which is the basis for an integrated risk management system that is also provided by this Tool. In addition, the Tool can be harnessed in the design of specific preventive and remedial actions and used for monitoring these actions. Finally, the clear dashboards and reporting features are fundamentally suitable for the documentation of measures required by law and facilitate formal reporting under Section 10 of the LkSG.”
